Academic help-seeking behavior is a way for individuals to regulate social environment to promote learning,which has an important impact on students' learning adaptability and academic achievement.Primary school is an important stage in the formation of various habits,in which it is crucial to develop the habit of active help.Under the background of the school,this study based on bandura ternary interaction theory,starting from the teacher's interpersonal behavior,explore the relationship between its and academic help-seeking behavior,at the same time introduce academic self-concept as a intervening variable,carries on the discussion on the relationship between the three,so as to cultivate students the correct academic help-seeking used to provide feasible SuggestionsThis study selected five elementary school in suzhou city,the fifth,sixth grade,a total of a questionnaire survey was conducted among 800 students,675 effective questionnaires were taken back,use SPSS21.0 and Hayes(2013)on recovery of data compiled by the SPSS macro descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,and the mediation effect of inspection,on students' perceived teacher's interpersonal behavior,academic self-concept and the current situation of academic help-seeking behavior and analyzes the relationship between the three,and on this basis to discuss academic self-concept in teachers intermediary role between human behavior and academic help-seeking behavior,the research conclusion is as follows:(1)The score of perceived positive teacher interpersonal behavior was the highest among the senior grade students,and there were significant differences in different genders and grades.(2)The overall condition of academic self-concept of senior grade students is above average level,and there are significant differences in different genders and grades(3)There are more instrumental help-seeking behaviors among senior students in primary schools,and the types of academic help-seeking are significantly different in gender,but not in grade.(4)There was a significant correlation between teachers' interpersonal behavior,academic self-concept and academic help-seeking behavior.(5)The academic self-concept plays a part in mediating between the positive teacher's interpersonal behavior,the negative teacher's interpersonal behavior and the executive help,the avoidant help,the instrumental help(teacher,student).Based on the above research conclusions,the following educational Suggestions are proposed:First,teachers should improve their interpersonal behaviors,respect and understand students,and adopt appropriate ways to get along with students according to their psychological development characteristics,so that students can perceive more positive teachers' interpersonal behaviors.Second,through a variety of ways to help students establish academic confidence,stimulate learning motivation,form a reasonable self-cognition,from many aspects to improve students' level of academic self-concept.Third,create a good help atmosphere,guide students to abandon the implementation of help and avoidance of help these two negative behavior of help,to develop students' habit of instrumental help.
