| Nowadays, the vocational education in our country is at the stage of rapid development. The school running level of vocational education is constantly improving with the help of country’s policy and fund. The sustainable development in vocational education depends on teachers. As the characteristic part, double professional teachers are getting to be the main pow er in the teaching staff of vocational education. However, they only enjoy an unwarranted reputation because of lacking of their own talent system and professional title system. Besides, there are many problems during the process of training double professional teachers such as unbalanced development,weak ability and so on.This dissertation takes ‘double professional teachers’ as the research object and gives detailed descriptions about three double professional teachers ’ professional development stories by using narrative research methods. It aims to analyze the problems existing in the professional growth process of vocational education teachers and make great efforts to find a developing way which is suitable for double professional teachers in vocational education. Meanwhile, enlightenments can be gained from these examples especially for teachers who engage in vocational education.This dissertation is composed of four parts.Part one: to introduce the research meaning and practical value, the present research situation of home and abroad,the design idea of this research.Part two: to give detailed descriptions about three double professional teachers’ professional development stories;Part three: to analyze the problems existing in the professional g rowth process of vocational education teachers and analyze the reasons which influence the personal development of double professional teachers;Part four: to conclude the strategies and suggestions about promoting the sustainable development of double professional teachers in vocational schools. |
