<National Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)> shouldbe made to develop vocational education vigorously, which should focus on cultivatingstudents’ professional ethics, professional skills and employability and entrepreneurialabilities to meet the needs of the masses of the people to meet economic and social workersfor high-quality and skilled personnel needs.As we all know, vocational education inGermany win universal praises. However professional ability and the goal of vocationaleducation in our country have a deviation that ignores emotional consciousness in thevocational ability, which results in the lack of professionalism.The paper mainly uses the documentary research and the comparative method. Using thecomparative study of Germany in the geographical the paper analyzes the reasons forvocational school students’ lack of professionalism by our existing vocational literacy trainingcharacteristics. The paper collects the journal articles, research papers, academic writings,moral education etc. from the literature for the latest achievements in the field of vocationaleducation to integrate these documents to analyze how to cultivate professionalism.First, using the role of professional competence of its limitations in modern society asthe starting point,the paper argues that it restricts the employment for vocational schoolstudents, which reflects the cruel plight of today’s society vocational-school employment.Then the paper puts forward the argument of professionalism as a value orientation ofcontemporary vocational education: professionalism is the source for sustainable developmentof vocational school students, is the improvement and deepening of professional ability, is theera that have entrusted the mission of the vocational school.Secondly, we explore the culture of professionalism formation mechanism: themechanism of enlightenments is the premise; internalized literacy is the key; system is toprotect; practice in various contexts, and to lay the foundation for effective culture ofprofessionalism.Finally, the paper settles beyond the value of professional competence in professionalism.Literacy internalized in the heat, curing system, externalization in line to achieve the purposeof effective culture of professionalism, which is our vocational school in the aspects ofprofessionalism should be improved to achieve value beyond.
