The Research Of The Problem Of The Loss Of The Young Teachers In The Primary School

Primary education plays a vital role in the development of the whole education, and the key to the development of primary education is keeping high-quality teachers stable. But the truth is the current primary school teachers are not stable. Among the teachers, the young ones should be the backbone, but some of them chose to give up the teaching job, and the proportion of young teachers in the total number of primary school teachers as a whole is becoming lower and lower. The loss of young primary school teachers is becoming a outstanding problems to the teachers’ stable. We must solve the problem.This paper used narrative research as the mainly research method. Firstly this paper analyzed the statistics and got the status of the primary young teachers’ loss, and then this paper tried to identify the specific causes of teachers’ loss. For this purpose, the paper selected three teachers who had given up the teaching job as the narrative research objects. Through their brief description and the judgment from the people around them, this paper got their work performance, and this paper analyzed the teachers’ diary to find the deep reasons. Then this paper got the reasons of the teachers’ leaving, the reasons can be departed to four aspects:First, teachers want to leave because they aren’t satisfied to their salary. Second, teachers can’t accept the differences on the resource, and then they want to leave. Third, teachers want to get the job satisfaction but they can’t, so they want to give up the teaching job. Forth, the teacher training can’t meet the teachers’ need, so they want to get better training, and they will look for the better job that can afford better training.In the reason on the basis of analysis, this paper improve the primary school teachers, balanced treatment of each school resource allocation, perfect teacher incentive mechanism, rich teacher training form and content four aspects puts forward some primary school teachers of the loss of youth several suggestions.
