Primary school education plays a very important role in China,and teachers is one of the most important factors of the development of education,so that the key primary school education lies in the development of a stable teacher troop.However,China's regional economic development is not balanced,“two yuan in urban and rural areas”as wages structure.Low wages,poor working conditions and other reasons,the phenomenon of the massive loss of young teachers in many rural areas.For example,China's current primary school teachers,young teachers should be the backbone of the year by year but their loss,the proportion is more and more low.Primary school young teachers should become a loss a serious impact on the stability of primary school teachers,bottleneck and restricts the development of the local primary school education.Therefore,how to effectively prevent the loss of young teachers in primary school has become an urgent question Questions.This study is based on primary school teachers team construction in the importance of knowledge and personal interest in research carried out,research to the domestic and foreign related loss of teachers had the research to sort out,classify,summary and analysis,draw many is worth using for reference the results,also found some deficiencies of the existing research.This study in rural primary schools of X county in Henan Province as an example,through the use of literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method in the area of education basic situation and the loss of teachers the status quo investigation.In addition,the from the economy,society,school,teachers' personal factors four aspects to analyze the deep-rooted reasons resulting in the loss of young teachers in rural primary schools.Based on the analysis of the reason,this paper in order to improve the treatment of rural primary school teachers and social status,improving the social security system,adhere to the "to the teacher as the",to improve teachers' incentive mechanism four aspects of mitigation,several suggestions about the loss of young teachers in primary schools.The study has not only theoretical value,but also has the important practical significance.
