With the popularization and equality of higher education in transition Chinese society, Female and Male in China are equal on accepting the high education. With the extension of graduate recruit more and more female finish the master and PH.D. Course, they go to different industries and become the excellent staffs or outstanding managers and leaders in their working area. They formed a high-education group. The tradition view is male is stronger than female, so the high-education female can not be accepted by the society, they are even be misunderstood and be distorted. High-education female group is special for the society and they are withdrawn and aloof, with intrepid thinking and behavior model. High-education female are looked as the vulnerable group in finding the lover. More and more people think the high-education certificate is not as good as the marriage certificate. If this view becoming more popular it will strengthen the dependence logic of making good marriage is better than taking high-education and it will stop the building of sex equality. In this background, the author did empirical research focused on the status of love and marriage of highly-educated women, selected masters and doctors in school in Taiyuan region in Shanxi, advanced white-collar women in administrative organs, scientific research institutions and media industry as the research object, combining questionnaire and interview case of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the author made the research of the status and characteristics of highly-educated women’s attitude on love and marriage, and provided a sample basis for people to correctly understand the attitude and behavior of this group. After analysis based on the empirical basis, the follows can be concluded:the love attitude of highly-educated women is pragmatic, and the statistic is more rational; mating autonomy is strong, mating way is diversity, the influence of the industry margin relationship in mating process increased obviously; marriage family idea pays more attention to personal feelings, emphasize the husband and wife economic equality and character equality, value the fit of the mind and spirit to each other, the position of the relationship between husband and wife goes up; sexual concept come into bloom step by step, but they keep cautious attitude for sex.Although the current highly-educated women show positive attitude in love and marriage, for example, they dare to pursue individual freedom and development, emphasize their feeling and happiness, more respect self value in love and marriage and so on. These characteristics are basically consistent with the marriage value of social mainstream, it is the sign of social progress, and also the expression of female subject consciousness’s awareness and improvement. But it is undeniable that some misunderstanding exists among highly-educated women, that is they expect too high in spouse choosing standard and marriage life compared with other women. They spread their strict requirements and high standard to love and marriage field which brings some trouble to their marriage life. On the one hand, these problems in marriage remind high-educated women of reflecting and adjusting their marriage opinion against their own development, and also reflect to some extent modern marriage opinion can’t match with the modern social changes. Modern love and marriage opinion should be based on the reality of the Chinese marriage life, gets rid of traditional gender roles restriction, eliminates gender prejudice and discrimination on the base of discarding traditional opinion and absorbing, integrate public knowledge of gender equality and pop culture with mainstream culture, and construct marriage opinion with Chinese modern culture meaning.
