Enhancing the level of education master professional identity is a im measure to promote development of graduates and improvement of higher education by the widespread concern of the researchers. Through the questionnaire and interview, the study found some results.(1) Graduate professional interests, professional level of effort and professional values is slightly higher than the critical value.It’s mean that part of the graduate students is a more identity to the professional; Professional value recognition score of the boys than in girls, and significant differences, professional interests, professional effort was no significant difference; There are significant grade differences in the different grades in Graduate professional interests, professional level of effort and professional values. On professional identity, professional achievements better graduate students score higher than the grade point average graduate grade point average graduate is also higher than the low achievers.(2) Master of Education in social support and self-awareness at the middle level;(3) Social support and self-awareness is relative with professional identity (4) Instructors and schools will affect the graduate professional identity;(5)Graduate itself is affecting the graduate professional identity. Based on the findings, this study proposes measures to enhance the graduate professional identity. These measures include the aim to cultivate the professional interests of graduate, the establishing incentives to stimulate graduate study warm, concerning about the impact of mental health, creating a fair, harmonious atmosphere of graduate study, helping graduates of correct self-positioning and self-awareness, paying attention to career planning and employment cordial, focusing on the effect of instructors and improving their own professional interests and professional standards.
