In order to investigate the relationship between school teacher's professional burnout and professional pressure and social care support, we took some teachers from one Beijing rural countryside middle school as investigating trial, by questionnaire inquiry, visiting and interview and so on. It shows:Professional pressure and the social care support interact and enormously affect teacher's professional burnout. Social care support plays an important buffering and smoothing role between teacher's professional pressure and professional burnout. Positive social care support can smooth the negative impact and decrease the professional burnout level, mainly depending on decreasing the pressure of student's factors, inter-family relationship and teacher's self-development competition. The situation of teacher's professional burnout in Beijing rural countryside middle school is not so serious. Most of the teachers can obtain comprehensive social care support, but the professional pressure is very prominently worse. The aggravating of teacher's professional burnout is mainly related with the pressure increasing of student's factors, inter-family relationship and teacher's self-development competition. Higher the social care support level, better the professional burnout. With the improvement of the social care support level, the professional pressure is not increasing obvious. But when the pressure of student's factor and inter-family relationship increases, the professional pressure increases heavily.According to above research, we propose a feasible suggestion of decreasing teacher's professional pressure and professional burnout, and increasing social care support.
