The family is the infant’s first kindergarten, the parents are their first teachers, and family education for0-3year-old infant and early childhood development is essential. As brain science and psychology’s development, people have started to pay attention to the important role of early education in life. However, in reality, especially in rural areas, the family upbringing of infants and young children are still not taken seriously, and the research about rural family breeding can be numbered. In Sichuan Province, many rural families’children have been killed because of the Wenchuan earthquake of2008.But with the help of the government’s "re-birth free-service operation projects", these family have given to birth again. Because of the particularity of the re-birth family, it is noteworthy to focus on the problem that how did the re-birth family’s breeding of infants going on. And to make a study on this issue can also enrich the theory of early infants’home education, with the meaning of both theory and practice.Using questionnaires, interviews, observations, test, and qualitative research methods, I have analyzed the re-birth family’s upbringing of infants of rural areas after the earthquake on their present situation, peculiarity and characteristics. And I compared the re-birth family with the normal rural family in different ways. From the perspective of ecological psychology of Bronfenbrenner, the re-birth families are analyzed in the macro, meso and micro system dimensions. And finally arrived to the conclusion that the re-birth family have both advantages and disadvantages in the process of upbringing infants.The study found that the re-birth families are almost having one child. The parents are of low literacy levels, limited knowledge of upbringing infants. Compare with the normal family, the re-birth parents have the feature of high age, lower income; and the normal rural family’s education of children on early reading activities and some other correlated activities is better than the regeneration of feeding children. Because of age and earthquake experience these parents demonstrate the problem of spoiling infants; they despise the infant’s home education and separate education with feeding. Therefore, I propose to promote traditional rural upbringing scientific and develop the rural early childhood education and so on to help improving the quality of early childhood family education. Through the analysis of0-3years old re-birth rural infants at all levels by ecological psychology, it is found that the re-birth families have good points of several aspects. They are friendly, harmony and rational. The key is to arouse initiative of those parents, to make them change both in consciousness and on behavior. Rural families of infants, as well as rural regeneration feeding early childhood home, there are some problems in the correctional process, but also the positive aspects. To enhance the quality of infants’breeding, we should arouse the parents’initiative firstly, and then develop sound theories about early infants’home breeding as basis, finally can we arrive the aim of improving the rural re-birth infants’parenting quality.
