Migrant Children Family Breeding Ways To Improve The Practice Of Research

In recent years,with the development of Chinese urbanization and people's demand for home life,the number of rural migrants in the form of family into the city more and more,therefore,the scale of the floating children is also growing.Shift from familiar rural environment to the unfamiliar city life,psychological and social adaptation of floating children is great changes have taken place,especially the sense of attachment to family,parents upbringing of children's social behavior has a extremely important role in the formation and development.But in floating children in the family,my parents,because economic and life pressure,neglected the care of their children,family education is relatively weak.First of all,on the parenting behavior,mainly for floating children parents lack of academic guidance to the child.Secondly,on the way,floating children family upbringing is not democracy,more show the laissez-faire and authoritarian,hard to get along with children democracy and equality.Therefore,how to establish a suitable for their way of family is very important,this research from the concept and child-rearing behavior of floating children parents,on the basis of fully collecting data,the director of family problems and possible reasons were analyzed,and to understand the needs of the service object,intervention by the method of case work and discussion.This study "blessed child enjoy-the youth with plan" project floating children in the family as a case,using household parenting scale measure in the type of breeding parents,the results showed that parents' ideas and child-rearing behavior needs to be improved.After asked the wishes of children and their parents,this study will be the family as the service object of the present study was carried out by correlation analysis.Studies have found that parents upbringing as the low degree of education concept of narrow,parental involvement,the negative impact of their parents' bad habits such as problems,discusses the reasons behind these problems and find the lack of family education concept and the backward education,family economic condition limited,parents suffered degree is low,the lack of family education support system with varying degrees of the influence of the parents' upbringing behavior.Therefore,this study based on the analysis of the cause of the problem to the service object family nurture,choose satya family structure model of egotism concept of family and upbringing behavior for social work intervention.This research in cognitive behavioral theory and family under the guidance of system theory,the involvement of the follow case work steps and procedures,the basic of social work practice skills combined with a combined method of family therapy model,through case talks,family,role playing and other relatively formal talks for counseling or treatment for parents,through the wish list,parents role models,rewards and punishment mechanism for correcting children's problem behaviors.Hope through a total of eight cases of intervention,to help parents to form a correct concept of education,improve the inappropriate parenting behavior,under the joint efforts of parents and the author help stop problem behavior.Strengthen the function of family,promote a happy family.Finally through scale assessment,assessment director self-evaluation and social workers themselves,understand the family structure model of floating children family intervention effect of parenting issues.The results show that the parents' upbringing behavior and problem behaviors of children get significant improvement,case intervention obtained the certain effect.Also verified the family structure model in the local family therapy can achieve expected purpose of intervention.The aim of this study is based on a typical case analysis,research and analysis,make the parents realize the parents' upbringing behavior on children's values and behavior affect the importance of early socialization,and from this study can reference education ideas and methods,to provide comprehensive and healthy development of the children a better family support.
