According to the sixth nationwide census data, the proportion of China’s population aged60and over65years of age of the total population of13.26%and8.87%respectively. Compared with the fifth nationwide census, it rose to2.93and1.91points. The degree of the aging of population was enhanced in China. It is predicted that by2020, the proportion of rural elderly people aged65and over will be15.6%, but9.0%in the city. In2050, the figure was32.7%in rural areas, but21.2%in the city. The old-supplying pressure in rural areas will be more than in cities. Obviously, the key to solve the problem of aging of the population in china must be in rural areas.This paper selects the rural communities of Heilongjiang Province, the use of survey research, the perspective of social role theory and the primary groups theory, the use of self-administered questionnaires, structured interviews, comparative studies, statistical analysis method explore the relationship between the rural mode of old-age development and social, economic, and cultural variables affect the satisfaction of the rural elders, which pointed out that rural communities change on the development of the rural mode of old-age care, as well as the need to establish a new pension model feasibility.The paper is divided into five chapters expand the study of the mode of old-age care in rural community in Heilongjiang.The first chapter describes the background to the study, purpose, meaning, and focus on reviewing the previous mode, the usage of the concept of age-old care mode. On this basis, to redefine the concept of the mode of age-old care and I draw on the theory of demographic transition on population reproduction pattern classification method, combined with the status of our mode of age-old care is divided into three types,include traditional, transitional,and modern mode.The different mode contains different types.The second chapter analyzes the process, character and trends of rural communities in China since the change in the reform and opening up on the economic structure of the rural community, population structure, social structure, community and cultural change. Sub-period summarizes the development of the rural old-age care modes, and laid the analytical framework.The third chapter describes the basic situation of the local rural areas, the development status of the social characteristics of rural elderly and old-age mode, and further pointed out that the problems of the local rural old-age, family support, community service and social security.The fourth chapter analyzes the survey materials further, pointed out the relationship between the rural mode of development and social, economic, and cultural variables and the main factors affect the old-age care satisfaction of the rural elderly, and the development of rural communities change on the rural old-age mode impact and the necessity and feasibility of establishing a new model of age-old care. The author believes that rural communities not only break from traditional to modern changes inherent in traditional mode, provide positive conditions for the development of transitional mode and the transition to a modern model. The development of transitional mode can not only alleviate the current needs of the rural community, but also provide the necessary social basis for the establishment of the modern mode.The fifth chapter refer to the successful rural old-age mode of development experience at home and abroad, combined with the development status of the local economic social and according to mode of old-age care, and according to the different types respectively, to build a multi-complex mode in rural communities of Heilongjiang Province, and makes specific suggestions from the public services, the development of the rural mode of old-age care,culture of innovation in rural areas and rural system construction of old-age care.
