| With the rapid development of social economy,great changes have taken place in people’s working and living styles.As parents work longer and longer hours,pupils spend less and less time in school.This phenomenon has contributed to the current "three-thirty dilemma" of primary school children after school.It is in this case that the rural primary school outside the school care institutions developed rapidly,to some extent to relieve the pressure of parents,improve the rural basic education.As an emerging education service industry,rural primary school students’ off-campus care institutions have entered the public eye and become a hot issue of social concern.As a new supplementary form of education,the off-campus care institutions for rural primary school students will continue to expand with the increasing demand of parents for off-campus care services.Out-of-school care institutions for rural primary school students have solved the practical difficulties that parents have no time to take care of and pick up their children.In order to understand the Z main problems of rural primary school custodian outside the town,this study selected the xinyang city of henan province 4 Z town village elementary school custodian as the research object,in rural elementary school hosting facilities management main body,namely,from the government,school,head of the trustee,parents,three levels of Z town village elementary school custodian problems preliminarily studied.The author conducted a questionnaire survey on the parents and students of 300 off-campus care institutions in Z town,xinyang city,focusing on two off-campus care institutions as research cases to find out the main problems and the main causes of off-campus care institutions for rural primary school students in Z town.Finally,on the basis of this,the author puts forward some measures to solve the problem of off-campus care institutions for rural primary school students in Z town,xinyang city.By investigating the basic situation of off-campus care institutions for rural primary school students in Z town,xinyang city,this study expounds the problems of off-campus care institutions for rural primary school students from three aspects.Secondly,at the level of off-campus care institutions,the management concept of the person in charge of the care institutions is backward,the number of teachers is insufficient and lack of qualifications,the activity space of the care institutions is small and the facilities are not perfect,and the health and safety of the care institutions are difficult to guarantee.In addition,at the level of parents,parents expect too much from their children and parents evade their educational responsibilities.In view of the above problems,combined with the results of interviews and questionnaires,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions.At the government level,we should improve the legislation of off-campus care institutions for rural primary school students,strengthen supervision,establish a quality assessment system,increase investment and encourage college graduates to return to their hometowns to start businesses.At the level of off-campus care institutions,it is necessary to improve the personal quality of the person in charge of the care institutions,innovate the management concept,enrich the activities of the care institutions,improve the quality of the teachers and increase the investment in hardware and food safety.Parents should strengthen the communication with children,pay attention to the physical and mental development of children,refuse to blindly follow the trend,care about children’s feelings.Thus,the service level and school quality of off-campus care institutions for rural primary school students can be improved,and the off-campus care institutions can be standardized and developed on a large scale. |
