Research On The Intervention Of Social Work In Rural Community Home Care Service From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

With the progress of our society,the problem of population aging has become increasingly prominent.Compared with urban areas,my country's rural areas are facing more severe challenges for the elderly.Rural elderly people used to rely on their children to provide for the elderly.However,due to the increasing number of young people entering the city to work,rural families can no longer perform the function of providing for the elderly.Therefore,community home-based elderly care services have begun to replace them and become the most suitable service model for the current situation of rural elderly care in my country.In recent years,cities and counties in Sichuan Province have begun to implement community home care services in rural areas.In the course of practice,the participants changed from a single government department to multiple social forces,and social organizations,enterprises and other entities began to participate in home care services in rural communities.The main problem faced by multi-agent participation is how to form an effective cooperative relationship between the agents.Social work can not only serve as an important subject in the intervention of home care services in rural communities,but also act as a coordinator to promote coordination among multiple subjects.From the perspective of collaborative governance theory,this paper uses field investigation and interview methods to study the current community home care services in Village F,Sichuan Province,analyzes the development status of community home care services in Village F,and finds that there are current community home care services in Village F.Due to the lack of participants,the problems of single funding sources and inaccurate government positioning have failed to form a professional and diversified service team,and failed to play a coordinating role in social work,and there is insufficient coordination between the various entities.In order to further improve the home care services in Village F,this study uses Village F as a practical starting point,and uses social work methods to address the “Party Building + Village Working Group + Elderly Association + Social Worker +Enterprise + Neighbors” community home in Village F.Research on the practice of elderly care services.Under the guidance of the collaborative theory perspective,it analyzes the advantages and specific functions of the current social work subjects involved in community home care services,and finds out the problems existing in social work intervention.On the one hand,the development of social work in rural areas restricts its intervention;on the other hand,the lack of the main body of social organizations in rural areas and the failure of social work to assist in the establishment of coordination mechanisms between the main bodies have affected the effect of intervention.Therefore,from the perspective of multi-agent participation,we should vigorously develop social organizations in rural areas and guide them to participate in community care for the elderly;from the perspective of multi-agent coordination,we should focus on the role of social work and assist the government in establishing a multi-agent coordination mechanism.Therefore,from the perspective of multi-agent participation and multi-agent collaboration,the experience of social work intervention is refined.
