The Research On The Effectiveness Evaluation Of The Support System For College Graduates’ Enterprising Activities In Shanghai

Faced with the severe employment situation, enterprising activity has gradually caught the wide attention of all social sectors as one of the important way to deal with the employment of college graduates. It is extremely urgent to encourage graduates start their own business by establishing an excellent entrepreneurship support system.In the view of the concept of customer-oriented evaluation model, we take it for granted that the college graduated entrepreneurs who are the target audiences of the support system have been defined to be the evaluation subject. By means of the investigation and interview, we evaluate the effectiveness of the support system including policy support subsystem, financial support subsystem, educational training subsystem and incubation service subsystem. In addition, we propose a series of feasible scheme specific to improve the support system, aiming to providing the government a reference in the field of building and improving the entrepreneurship support system. Requring the special attention, the empirical research object only involves the group of college graduated entrepreneurs, not including the other stakeholders of the support system.This thesis consists of six chapters.Chapter One of "introduction" mainly outlines the background, purpose and significance of the research. It also reviews the related researches domestic and overseas and defines the revelant core concepts, thus proposing the metods and ideas of the research.Chapter Two overviews the present situation of the support system for college graduates’ enterprising activities in Shanghai comprehensively, including the main framework, system structure, operation mechanism and security system. It lays a theorethical foundation for constructing the effectiveness evaluation model.Chapter Three presents the process of the empirical research. We investigate the feedback of the college graduated entrepreneurs to the effectiveness of the support system. The content contains the previous questionnaire design and the sample certainty. It aslo includes the practical process of the survey and the statistical analysis of the information. Chapter Four, the core of the paper, analyses the influence factors of the entrepreneurship support system and establishs the effectiveness evaluation index model on account of previous two chapters. Based on the first-hand investigation information and analysis results, we evaluate the effectiveness of the policy support subsystem, financial support subsystem, educational training subsystem and incubation service subsystem respectively by menas of the factor analysis method. Meanwhile, we make the systematic conclusion of the entrepreneurship support system.Chapter Five proposes several suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the entrepreneurship support system in view of the existing problems. We aslo perform the feasibility analysis respectively.Chapter Six reflects the thesis comprehensively and then explores the limitations and future prospects of the research.
