With the rapid development of computer multimedia technology and network technology, Our country sets up a lot of online learning platform that has its own characteristics, the development of network course is in full swing. College students are an important builder of social development in our country, learning under the network environment has become more and more an important way of college students’ learning. However, there are a lot of blank spots in the domestic and foreign researches on college students’ network learning effectiveness. The researches have not established scientific and effective college students’ learning effectiveness evaluation index system. This study aims to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of college students’ network learning effectiveness, verifying the effectiveness and scientific of the proposed index system. The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly introduces the research background, significance, content and methods of this article, and combed the school effectiveness and learning effectiveness at home and abroad.The second chapter are about the concepts and the constituent elements of network learning effectiveness. Network environment, learning efficacy, effectiveness and learning effectiveness are defined. The chapter determines the components of network learning effectiveness through the theoretical analysis。The third chapter is the analysis of college students’ network learning effectiveness evaluation factors. Component of the college students’ learning effectiveness under the network environment: selective attention, network resource utilization, communication coordination ability, learning strategy, learning motivation and goals to achieve are in the concrete analysis. And the chapter combes the secondary indexes of network learning effectiveness.The fourth chapter is the building of the evaluation index system of college students’ network learning effectiveness. The chapter determines the evaluation indexs through theoretical analysis, the related teacher interview and questionnaire survey to teachers and students. Statistical weighting method is used to determine the index weights at all levels. So building the evaluation index system of college students’ network learning effectiveness.The fifth chapter is the empirical research part. On the basis of the network learning effectiveness evaluation index system, the chapter evaluates digital media professional college students’ network learning effectiveness. The chapter aims to improve college students’ network learning effectiveness and verify the scientific nature, the rationality of the evaluation index system.The sixth chapter is conclusion and reflection, summarizes the innovation point of this study and the lack of research. And the follow-up work of this research is discussed.
