The Growth Of The Innovative Talents:the Famous Educator Liu Fonian’s Story

In informational society and knowledge society,the speed of knowledge creation, materialization,and update continuedly raises.So, the existing labor’s abilities of knowledge update and skills reserve must be enhanced.How to follow the steps of knowledge update,and improve the learners’learning ablity,especialy the ablity of creative learning is very important. Also,how to cultivate learners who have spirit of innovation and innovation ablity,improve learners’creative learning ablity,is the key to solve the question.It’s of benefit to structure lifelong learning system and the learning society.It is the times’certain claim.In this context,taking the perspective of adult education,my study utlizes narrative method to express the story of Liu Fonian’s growth in view of creative.I hope my Analysis on the influencing factors to Liu Fonian’s growth can provide a role model for our lifelong learning.The thesis consists of three parts:Part one,exordium.Introducing research background,original intension,object and significance. At the same time,the author presents the research program.Introducing the study methods.It includes Methods of literature,interview and narrative research method. On this basis,the author put forward the basic conception of my study.Part two, literature review.It contains four aspects,namely the reviews of educators of China,Liu Fonian’s sprit of innovation, the other people’s viewpoints about Liu Fonian and the summary about innovative talents.All of them are served as the foundation for my following study.Part three,the story of Liu Fonian’s growth.This part includes some stories of Liu Fonian in different periods,and some self-examinations of the author on Liu Fonian’s story.It includes the following aspects.Looking for a pure land for learning.Explaining Liu Fonian’s learning experiences about his spirit of innovation.The condition of Liu Fonian as a new hand to teacher.Telling about Liu Fonian still pursues the real science and innovation,when he faces to much happyness and sadness.Ups and downs in East China Nomal Unversity.Recounting the key creative events about Liu Fonian,when he works in East China Nomal Unversity,in different periods.Influencing factors to Liu Fonian’s growth.Analysing on the story about Liu Fonian and the influencing factors,which can provide a role model for our lifelong learning.
