Research On Outstanding Teachers Execute Demonstration Activity In Regions Which Education Is Less Developed In Hunan Province

Teachers’role is to train person. It is the special nature of the profession destined to teachers’professional growth is life-long。 So continuing education is an important area of the whole teacher education system. Pre-school teachers in this area are particularly requiring special attention.Outstanding teachers excute demonstration activity in education less developed regions which is an effective form of continuing education. But the related research is less. So, it will have great theoretical and practical significance to focus on resource sharing for village’s preschool teachers.The main methods in this study are documentation, questionnaire and interview. I take16countries for this research, which including Changsha, Zhuzhou, Chenzhou, Yiyang and Xiangxi.The main contents included in the study are as follow. Researcher described the conditions of outstanding teachers’excuting demonstration activity in education less developed regions in Hunan province from six parts:the organizers, the paticipants, the places of the activity carring out, the contents, the forms and the effect of the activity. Through nearly half a year of investigation, the researcher knows the characteristic of excuting demonstration activity in education less developed regions by outstanding teachers, the footprint throughout the province and training preschool teacher more than10,000.The difficulties in the activity include inconvenience of carry out demonstration lessons, the conflict of arrangement and the shortage of funding. The existing problems are the content not comprehensive and having a gap between practical needs. Based on those, the research put forward the following suggestions. The first is to establish a long-term mechanism for the activity. The second is focus on high quality. Last but not the least is paying attention to construct of specialist teachers’team.
