Teachers’ demonstration theory is Ye Shengtao’s graphic and insightful summaryof his years Chinese teaching experience, embodying his good command of the ruleof Chinese teaching, especially writing teaching and reading teaching. In today’s fullimplementation of quality-oriented education, Mr. Ye’s theory still has the hightheoretical value and practical significance in education. In this paper, on the basis ofsummarizing the predecessor’s research, the theoretical discussion and practicalresearch of Teachers’ demonstration theory has been carried out in the areas ofwriting teaching and reading teaching combing some of my own ideas and practiceexperience.This paper is mainly divided into the following several parts:The first chapter, introduction, mainly elaborated the topic selected’s reason,research significance, and has made the analysis about the present situation ofresearch, and also points out the characteristic and innovation of this article.The second chapter, modeling writing, has carried out my own understandingand practice on the classification of modeling writing, with the help of predecessor’sresearch and has proposed some thinking in my writing process.The third chapter, modeling reading, while has been put forward very early byMr. Ye, but much less attention than modeling writing has been paid for by the latergenerations. It hopes a lot of efforts in the future. This chapter is divided into twoparts of silent reading and audio reading.Finally, the epilogue part of the article advocates more and more people payingattention to teachers’ demonstration theory, actively exploring in the daily teachingpractice, and developing new forms. Thus the Chinese teaching efficiency can makesome improvement.
