After curriculum reform, the trend of textbook diversification is becoming evident, how to make a right choice for students and teachers on textbooks, who will have the liability to choose, these become the focus of attention. Many domestic and foreign scholars on the textbook evaluation undertook study, put forward some textbooks evaluation dimensions and standard, the author on the basis of reference for analysis, combined with the actual situation, attempting to construct the more complete primary and secondary school textbooks selection evaluation criteria. This paper is divided into four parts, the overall train of thought is first proposed the construction of textbook selection criteria for the evaluation of basic idea, and then is the standard for evaluating the basic framework and specific content of textbook selection evaluation criteria, finally the implementation of the strategy.The first chapter, introduction part, introduces the research purpose, research ideas and methods, the existing research review. On the textbook evaluation study abroad comparatively mature, but it also puts forward some problems, such as the evaluation of the time course slightly shorter, measuring tool for evaluating the effectiveness of. The domestic scholars from different angles analysis textbook evaluation, put forward the textbook evaluation standard.The second chapter, the basic train of thought of constructing the selection textbook evaluation standard, mainly in three aspects:to choose as the goal, to distinguish between selection and validation of different standard; from pedagogy, psychology, sociology, culture study angle analysis textbook construction, textbook selection evaluation standard; internal and external behavior combination, construction of textbook selection criteria for the evaluation of inherent mechanism and standard forms.The third chapter, what are the evaluation criteria of textbook selection, the function of textbook determines the direction of textbook evaluation standard. Our school textbook selection criteria for the evaluation of basic framework and specific content, including seven levels:physical appearance, content, structure, scaffold, illustrations, academic evaluation and readability, each level of connotation, put forward specific evaluation criteria. The weights of different factors make on the textbook election evaluation criteria, weight distribution theory basis and method of operation.The fourth chapter, implementation strategy of textbook selection evaluation, determines the personnel for textbook selection evaluation, select the model of textbook selection evaluation, standard textbook selection evaluation program, finish the textbook selection evaluation report.
