Empathy is a kind of primitive、universal psychological phenomenon of a human life.Its theorists can be traced to Aristotle the first study period.Empathy,as a guide the students thing about history teaching methods and strategies to be introduced the history of the field of education,in the latter part of last century,the British education reforms.The eighties to the nineties,empathy into history curriculum reform has become the focus of attention.What is empathy? Why empathy into the teaching of history can become the focus of research? How to use the teaching of history into the teaching of empathy? What issues should pay attention to use? The theory is based on what? And so on.With these questions, I conducted an extensive literature research and case studies, from both theoretical and practical aspects of empathy into history teaching were analyzed and discussed.In the first chapter of Empathy" arisen with development", is divided into two sections, from a historical perspective on the phenomenon of the empathy empathy, said in the human history in various areas of rise and development. In the second chapter," the use of empathy in history teaching" is the important part, is divided into three sections. The first section, the empathy to become the teaching of history in important issues, from the concept, social and educational policies in three aspects of the end of twentieth Century the empathy becomes an important problem in the teaching of history inevitability. To make the empathy as a unique historical teaching method has very strong vitality, history teacher and leading role is the successful use of the important factors of empathy.Results of the inquiry shows that a new round of education and curriculum reform, the teaching of history for empathy to enter into the field provided the opportunity.Empathy into the teaching of history in the history of the use that is consistent with the characteristics of subjects,social needs,and consistent with the theory of educational psychology.Practice has proved that empathy into the teaching of history can stimulate students’ interest to help students understand history,students of historical thinking skills.therefore,empathy is a worthy entry in the history of pedagogy in teaching and teaching methods to promote further study.
