Exercise self-efficacy and attribution theory is a theory of motivation of today’s world of concern, is a good predictor of Students’ athletic performance. Attributional style is specific attributed to the tendency of individuals across different contexts and time shown. The attribution of individual emotion, self-evaluation, and social behavior produce different effects. In this study, Bandura self-efficacy theory and Weiner’s attribution theory as the theoretical basis, in a broad overview and evaluation of domestic and foreign related self-efficacy and attribution on the basis of the way of research results to explore college students exercise self-efficacy and attribution mutual relations. In this study, exercise self-efficacy scale and multi-dimensional-more due to the causal scale questionnaire survey of college students to explore college students exercise self-efficacy and attributional style in gender, grade, and professional characteristics; Students Movement self-significant correlation between efficacy and its attribution. Different exercise self-performance level of college students and attribution obvious; In this study, students of Hunan Normal University, Changsha, Hengyang Normal University, Central South Forestry University of Science and Technology of the investigation.15-day period, these students of several colleges and universities in the form of class unified payment and returned questionnaires. Explored the relationship between the college students sports performance and attribution. The research hypothesis is as follows:1, survey analysis of movement and efficacy of college students to understand college students exercise self-efficacy characteristics of differences in gender, profession, grade. Provide a theoretical basis for university students in the sports learning activities.2, Survey analysis for college students attributed to understand the characteristics of the Students’Sports attributional style, provides a theoretical basis for the attribution training in specific teaching practice.3, Movement self-efficacy and the relationship between attributional style and the inherent correlation between college students exercise self-efficacy and attributional style, provides a theoretical guiding significance for the improvement of college students exercise capacity.4, Exercise self-efficacy and high student movement failed to normalized results for their own lack of effort and ability to exercise self-efficacy and low students more movement failed due to their own lack of capacity and external control task difficulty and other factors.
