Career decision-making self-efficacy means the self-confidence or faith whether they can complete successfully aims when individuals make decisions on process ofcareer choice. Attributional way is also called attributional style, individual takes how to summarize inferential process with reason of events to the result of events. Vocation maturity is. Many people had some studies refering attributional way and self-efficacy or career decision-making self-efficacy, vocation maturity, and also some studies about vocation maturity and self-efficacy or career decision-making self-efficacy, attributional way. But we haven’t found what studies the relationship among career decision-making self-efficacy, vocation maturity and attributional way at present. This study randomly selected 789 higher vocational college students who are from Tianjin Sino-German Vocational Technical College, Tianjin Electronic Information College, Tianjin College of Commerce and Tianjin Modern Vocational Technology for the test. The purpose of this study is to reveal the difference for the vocation maturity of higher vocational college students in demographic variables. The focus is to investigate if career decision-making self-efficacy, attribution way is to be used to predict the vocation maturity.The results show:(1) In addition to significant differences on major, higher vocational college students vocational maturity overall and part dimensions are no significant differences in other demographic variables.(2) Higher vocational college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy and attributional way at medium level.(3) Higher vocational college students career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity has significant positive correlation.(4) Higher vocational college students attribution style and professional maturity has significant positive correlation.(5) Higher vocational college students career decision-making self-efficacy and attribution way significant positive correlation.(6) The collecting information, planning and problem solving in higher vocational college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy and all the dimensions in attribution way and both of overall score has certain prediction effect to career maturity.
