Current Situation Of Sports Industry Peculiar Vocational Training In Hunan Province And Research On Its Development Countermeasures

Vocational training has already become a necessary means of receiving knowledge and skills, also the key factors of various industries’sustainable development, as well as the important function of reducing unemployment and helping the social integration of vulnerable groups. Sports industry peculiar vocational training is not only the important method of promoting the popularization of vocational qualification certificate system in sports industry, but also the critical sources of providing social sports organizers, instructors and disseminators for the full implementation of Outline of the Nationwide Body-building Plan. By using Document-data methods, questionnaire survey and expert interview methods, this article starts from current situation of sports industry peculiar vocational training in Hunan province, systematically analyzes the existing problems in sports industry peculiar vocational training and makes some suggestions and comments on these problems, hoping for providing some practical reference for development in the sports industry vocational training in Hunan province.The Research results show high awareness of sports industry peculiar vocational training in our province, and the sport industry peculiar vocational training has been already started in several cities and counties, in result a number of high-quality professional talents in sports has been trained that eased some employment pressure of some retired athletes and sports college graduates. Although the sports industry peculiar vocational training has achieved certain results, there are some pressing issues, such as single training mode, The lack of funds for vocational training, unreasonable course setting, low after-vocational training rates, and lack of appropriate management association and network platforms.Studies suggest the following major measures to promote the sustainable development of sports industry peculiar vocational training in Hunan province:first, establish the training mode of combination of sports industry, enterprise and sports college; second, broaden the training funding sources; third, accelerate the reform of curricula setting; fourth, establish a set of scientific, effective, suitable sports industry peculiar vocational training management practices; fifth, improve sound vocational after-training mechanism.
