Besides, with the pace of the times, this paper also focuses on how to try the best efforts to overcome the troubles ahead of the traditional mode and figures out a "balance point" for social workers transforming their role in school. Not only for that, but in solving the case and group troubles, the solution-focused brief therapy break the routine by the knowledge of the sociology、psychology、pedagogy and other related aspects, on the background of the new education reform, with practical experience the solution-focused brief therapy tries to open up a new and efficient way to solve the school social work dilemmas.
