With the rapid development of the information age,the number of higher education institutions and the number of college students in China are also increasing rapidly,and the number of irreversible injury events caused by college students due to bad emotions is also gradually increasing.Social workers in Chinese universities also actively participate in the practical intervention service of college students’ bad emotional problems,although some practical intervention results have been achieved.However,there are still some deficiencies in the practical intervention and theoretical research.Therefore,the author tries to use the solution-focused therapy to intervene in the bad emotional problems of college students,and to study the practical service process.In this study,the service object S was taken as an example.She had more serious bad emotional problems due to her academic and life pressure,and the epidemic reasons.To this end,the author use semi-structured interview and participatory observation method to collect the basic information of service object,at the same time using symptoms since the evaluation scale SCL90 to the psychological condition assessment,understand the service object of anxiety,depression,loneliness,helplessness,after communication,finally determine its service object and set goals together.Based on the solution-focused therapy,the author divided the whole service into six stages of social work cases: establishing professional relationship,problem description,establishing mature goals,exploring exceptions,homework strengthening,feedback and ending.From guiding and helping service objects to understand their emotional problems through open questioning methods;using asking,encouraging,support,listening,normalization,and other skills,to guide service objects to build problem solving goals and stimulate the motivation for change;to learn to regulate emotions,ease their relationship with parents and classmates,and strengthen the social support network,and finally achieve the purpose of alleviating the bad emotions of service objects.In the process of intervention,due to the serious anxiety and avoidance of the service object,the author focuses on the intervention in exploring exceptional ways to deal with bad emotions together with the service object,so as to freely relieve their anxiety and better deal with and deal with their own bad emotions.Finally,the author analyzes the practical service process,the comparison of the measurement results,the analysis of the goal.It was found that the intervention of the college students in the study stimulated the subjective initiative of the individuals,and enhanced the ability of the service objects to regulate their own life pressure and bad emotions.
