In recent years, higher vocational education has been a large-scale development,occupied half of the country in higher education, entered the connotation constructionstage, but still faces such problems as not obvious characteristics, unevendevelopment, low social status. In view of the close relationship between the highervocational education and the development of economy and society, as well as the fastdevelopment of education informationization, discussing how to use the digitalteaching resources to solve problems in higher vocational education’s developmentprocess is becoming more and more attention.On the basis of reading the relevant literature, clearing the research status athome and abroad, we selected higher vocational colleges of Hebei Province as theresearch object, got the first hand information24higher vocational colleges in11cities of Hebei province by making questionnaire, seting the interview outline,visiting and investigating, we gathered statistics and analyzed the survey results,arranged the interview records, found there were lots of problems in Hebei Provincevocational colleges digital teaching resource development and utilization process:imbalance of the development among colleges, digital teaching resources develop-ment mode and the type was single, the system of management was no scientific, thedegree of integration was low, the enthusiasm of teachers and students was not high.With Xingtai Polytechnic College as a case, we summarized its successful experiencein the digital teaching resources development utilization, got some enlightenment.Through the analysis of the present situation and case study, we put forward somecountermeasures from digital teaching resources integration, digital teachingresources types and development ways became rich, the enthusiasm of main bodywho develop digital teaching resource improvement, higher vocational characteristicmining, the follow-up work to ensure. Try to sort out relevant concept, enrich andperfect the basic theory and the theory of digital instruction resources development and utilization; in order to provide reference for educational software developmententerprise, provide reference for developers of higher vocational colleges, providesafeguard for learners’ individual development, promote economy development andequity of education. Finally, we review the investigation and theoretical researchprocess, sum up the innovation and inadequacy, outlook the trend of higher vocationalcolleges digital teaching resources development and utilization, make clear the focusof future work.
