Research On The Utilization Of Stadiums And Gymnasiums Resources In Changsha Higher Vocational Colleges

In the rapid development of the new century,the main contradiction in society has become the people's need for a better life,and mass sports plays a very important role in meeting people's fitness and social communication.People's understanding of health first is further deepened,and physical health is the first.with good health,people can have a good foundation for their own personal development,harmonious family relations and building a harmonious society.However,as a new resource in sports industry,it is very important for the school sports venues to develop harmoniously with the new social reform environment.This research adopts literature,field investigation,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to investigate and analyze the utilization of stadiums and gymnasiums resources in higher vocational colleges in Changsha.The research results show that: 1.the number of stadiums and gymnasiums in higher vocational colleges has made a corresponding comparison with the standard allocation of national Ministry of education,and some schools have not reached the corresponding standards;2.investigation on the utilization status of stadiums and gymnasiums resources in Changsha higher vocational colleges shows that it is still relatively good from the basic situation of stadiums and gymnasiums resources,but some schools still lack some facilities in some stadiums and gymnasiums.3.based on the investigation and analysis of the utilization of stadiums and gymnasiums in higher vocational colleges,the utilization rate of stadiums and gymnasiums is not too high except for routine teaching,sports training and competitions.4.through the investigation on the management of the stadium,it is found that the management mode is deficient and the quality of the management personnel is relatively low.5.the paper analyzes the utilization of stadiums and gymnasiums resources in higher vocational colleges,and finds that the main shortcomings are the conflicts between routine teaching,training,competition and utilization,the single utilization of some stadiums and gymnasiums,and the imperfect management and operation mechanism of stadiums and gymnasiums.Based on the deficiencies in the utilization of stadiums and gymnasiums resources in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some development countermeasures: 1.to tap the potential of stadiums and gymnasiums and improve the utilization rate of stadiums and gymnasiums;2.strengthen service awareness and establish a good social image;3.to introduce and cultivate sports venues operation and management personnel;4.formulate and adjust venue management;5.intensify publicity and selectively open up.
