| This study is based on the rapid development of higher vocational education, and its based on the long time research on the modern education technology and the digital teaching resources construction. The construction of Digital instructional resource is the key to the quality development of higher vocational colleges, a series of policies and regulations issued by Yunnan provincial government points out,that developing digital teaching resources is one of the major tasks for the development of vocational education. This study take in thirty-seven higher vocational colleges in Yunnan province as the research object, mainly through the investigating of managers and users (teachers and students) of digital instructional resource, analyzing the construction and application statues of the digital teaching resources in higher vocational colleges, and putting forward corresponding suggestions.According to the investigation and analysis, digital teaching resources construction in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan province starts relatively late, and develops slowly, the gap between colleges and universities is large, formating a lot of trouble to push the resources.It could be summarized from four parts:the first part is the government’s level——controlling weakness; The second part is the school’s level——management deficiencies; the third part is the teacher’s level-moving insufficient; the forth part is the student’s level-habits are not formed. In view of the above questions, according to the construction and application of digital teaching resources in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan, and the cases from other provinces, this study is trying to find the key problems from government, schools, teachers and students. Therefore, this essay puts forward suggestions from four aspects:first, government should strengthen the scientific management and improve the controlling ability of digital teaching resources; Second, school should strengthen the awareness of resource management in higher vocational colleges and promoting digital instructional resource pushing ability; Third, teacher should change the concept of resources, improving information literacy to effect the resources construction; forth, students should change the learning mode, making full use of digital learning resources. |
