In recent years, the non-governmental kindergartens havedeveloped rapidly, which has played a positive role in preschooleducation. At the same time, the non-governmental kindergartens arefacing diverse problems. Under current circumstance, it is practicallymeaningful to investigate how non-governmental kindergartens usingresource on hand to solve problems to reflect the creativity oforganizations.This study selected three kindergartens from Level2non-governmental kindergartens as the study cases. The key questionthat to be answered in this study is how the organizational creativity ofnon-governmental kindergartens to be reflected, including three parts:what problems have non-governmental kindergartens met during thedevelopment process? How did the principle of non-governmentalkindergartens collect the internal and external resource to solve theseproblems? How to improve the organizational creativity ofnon-governmental kindergartens?The main research findings are as below:1.The key problems the three non-governmental kindergartens metare teacher group, funds, community relation and parents work. Theseproblems can be summarized as the lack of human capital, economiccapital and social capital. The key problems to influence thedevelopment of kindergartens that individual non-governmentalkindergarten perceived are different. The research suggests thatkindergarten A and B focus more on problems that may influenceorganization’s development, while kindergarten C meets problems thatinfluence organization’s survival and development.2.It has been described and compared the method of problemsolving among the three non-governmental kindergartens. For the similar problems the kindergartens met, the individualnon-governmental kindergarten adopted different solution, which maybe related to the leadership concept of the principle of kindergarten,the resource that the principle of kindergarten perceived, thecharacter, size and stage of development of kindergarten.3.The suggestions on how to improve the organizational creativityare proposed from the perspective of government support and settingup the flat to improve the creativity of kindergarten.
