Enhancing the vocational education attraction is the guarantee ofits sustainable development. Only Vocational education have enoughattraction to students, the coordination development of its scale,quality, efficiency and other aspects can be solved fundamentally, andthen really improve its status, promote its developing greatly. TheVocational education attraction points that it gets the acceptance ofsocial and the welcome of enterprise,then the students and parentshave intention to choose it for some demand. Among them, theattraction of vocational education to students and parents is thefoundation. As long as the vocational college has enough goodstudents resources, the attraction of it to enterprise will be readily solved.The influence factors of the vocational education attraction embracemany aspects, including the traditional ideas, the national policy, socialpublic opinion, education system and many other different level ofaspects. Among them, the influence of the traditional culture is notallow to ignore. China has a long history.and in the long historicaldevelopment,the traditional culture has a deep root. So the fact thatthe vocational education attraction is not strong largely owns to thetraditional culture. In view of this, this paper uses culture as thebreakthrough point and studies the attraction of vocational education.Thorough analysing the traditional culture factors and in-depth readinghow to build a positive culture atmosphere, now this paper get thefollowing conclusions:1.The material all showed that the attraction of vocationaleducation to the parents and students is not strong, which is the factthat does not dispute. it hinder the development of vocationaleducation seriously.2.The influence of Traditional culture on the vocational education attraction divides into positive and negative effects. There are varyingdegree and different types influencing factors in the different period.3.Compared with the mandatory influence of law and system, theessential characteristics of culture s influence is subtle.4.The reason for culture influent the vocational educationattraction is also the problem discussed in this paper. First of all, thecore value idea which is as the most important content misleads theculture influent the vocational education attraction. Then, the groupingof culture lead to the influence. at last, the national conformitypsychology is also one of the reasons for the influence.5.Culture uses two ways influencing the vocational educationattraction. From the horizontal, culture influent the vocationaleducation attraction through spreading; from the vertical, cultureinfluent it through inheritance.6.The characteristics of the influence is mainly manifesting in thefollowing four aspects, that is, universality, stability, diversity anddurability.7. The Culture doesnt exist alone. So to build a positive cultureatmosphere should consider three problems, namely economicenvironment, social environment and the political environment.8.Using culture as the breakthrough point to improve vocationaleducation attraction should consider some levels of problems, such asschool, teacher, student, government, society and enterprise. Thenadopt the specific measures in the corresponding level, including someaspects. first of all, Establish favorable system guarantee, and playauthority cultural role; Secondly, Play media guidance, to carryforward the positive culture; Third, improve the talent training qualityand make culture brand effect; Forth, Improved worker statustreatment, build positive culture atmosphere.9.Improving the vocational education attraction depends on building the active cultural atmosphere, but eliminating the negativeeffect of the traditional culture is almost impossible. So because theculture is influence by the economic basis, the social basis, system,characteristic and other factors,we can try to change the effectindirectly from other aspects.
