Recently,the shortage and quality problems of kindergarten teachers have caused the social concern.At the same time,graduates in preschool education program gradually become a reserve army of kindergarten teachers.Professional identity means one person thinks his job valuable,meaningful,so is willing and able to find pleasure in it.What's more,professional identity has an important influence on whether students will engage in related occupations.It is of practical significance pay attention to the professional identity of undergraduate students majoring in preschool education.The research includes two parts.The first was a questionnaire survey.In this part three undergraduate colleges were selected by cluster sampling,and 463 students were investigated by using Learning ability self-efficacy scale,Students' professional identity questionnaire and Teachers' Professional Identification Scale.The second part is interview research on 13 students by self-edited outline.Through the above two parts we drew the following conclusions about the influencing factors of pre-school education undergraduates' vocational identity:1.The overall situation of pre-school education undergraduates' vocational identity,professional identity and learning ability self-efficacy is good.2.Vocational identity showed significant difference in gender,age,grade,voluntary choice,entrance way and important others.3.Professional identity showed significant difference in gender,school type,grade and entrance way.4.Learning ability self-efficacy had significant difference in birth place,school type,grade and terms of entrance way.5.Learning ability self-efficacy,professional identity and vocational identity showed significant positive correlation.6.The professional identity plays a completely intermediary role between learning ability self-efficacy and vocational identity.7.Students' awareness of vocational value is not profound;understanding of the value of teachers' role is basically same,but the attitudes vary greatly;sense of vocation belonging is weak;there is a certain professional behavior tendency,but is not positive.8.The evaluation of the school culture is negative,but students recognized the level of the teaching staff.9.The lack of career planning education,the shortage of vocational identity education and ambiguous educational objectives have a negative influence on students' vocational identity.
