The vocational education of migrant workers’ children is very important andnow faces the new challenge. The implementation of three-dimensional occupationguidance in vocational school is the effective exploration, which aims to help childrengain professional skills and live with the ability to adapt to city life as soon as possible.In this paper, the occupation guidance of the children is the object of study. By usingthe observation method, questionnaire and interview methods, the paper gives apreliminary description of the occupation guidance status and issues. Based onvocational school students’ ideological characteristics and growth characteristics, thepaper puts forward the basic conception of three-dimensional occupation guidance.This paper mainly studies the following contents:1. the research of vocationalschool students’ basic characteristics. The migrant workers’ children have strongliquidity and discontinuity in the learning process, while they are also different inlanguage, culture and living environment compared with Shanghai nationalitystudents. They lack communication ability and loyalty to the enterprise and are weakin team cooperation consciousness.2. main practice and basic experience ofoccupation guidance in vocational schools. The main goal of school education isenhancing students’ occupation consciousness, the employability, social adaptabilityand competitiveness. Understanding and analysis of occupation guidance invocational schools is the important theoretical resource of construction ofthree-dimensional occupation guidance.3. Combined with the vocational schooloccupation instruction theory, the paper puts forward three-dimensional occupationguidance concept and measures. By using teaching occupation guidance concept, wetry to establish the education extending to the middle school and after-graduationoccupation guidance combined with teaching moral education, the social occupationguidance and business characteristics of the occupation guidance.4. put forward topromote the three-dimensional occupation guidance of the migrant workers’ childrenin vocational schools. Through the whole process of the vocational education,after-graduation occupation guidance with system security, teacher assurance and fund guarantee to carry out targeted practical occupation guidance, which can strengthentheir occupation consciousness to understand reality and make earlier careerpreparation. The migrant workers’ children can improve the quality of life whilepromoting the city construction and development, which accelerates rural labor moveand safeguard social stability.
