Teacher job satisfaction is a positive emotional orientation degree caused by a specific overall job, the different levels of job and various situation emotional reaction course after he being engaged in education and teaching job. The research of teacher job satisfaction has important theory value and practical significance on the development of teacher and teacher management.This study takes the teachers of a migrant children elementary school in Nanjing as the testees, conducting a study of his job satisfaction; collects and sorts related data information by literature research, theoretical analysis, questionnaire survey and other methods, processes and analyses the data through SPSS19.0statistical software and explores the current situation and influence factors of teacher job satisfaction from the migrant children of primary school.The study shows:1) The teacher job satisfaction from the migrant children of primary school consists of seven factors. They are the work itself, working environment, working pressure, salary, leadership management, interpersonal relationship, promote education and students’quality respectively.2) In general, the teacher job satisfaction from the migrant children of primary school tends to general satisfaction. The sequence from high to low in turn of seven factors about satisfaction levels are the interpersonal relations, leadership management, promote education, working pressure, working environment, salary and students’quality.3) Different genders, different ages, different teaching ages, different professional titles, different degrees, different teaching subjects, different marital status, teaching graduating class or not and being a teacher in charge of a class or not have different influence on job satisfaction. Among them, there are significant differences in the teacher job satisfaction from the migrant children of primary school because of different genders, teaching graduating class or not.According to the study conclusion, combining with the study of job satisfaction incentive theory, put forward some referential suggestions about improving teacher job satisfaction from three aspects such as society, school and teachers themselves.
