Youth Self Organization Of Jilin Province Development Status And Countermeasure Research

Recently the discussion of the state and society relations、civil society and its "autonomy" or "self-control" of gradually in-depth and mature, especially the promotion of interdisciplinary research in the field of social sciences, theories, concepts andbetween the realms of introducing each other for all types of emerging interpretation paradigm provides a wealth of resources and field. The concept of "self-organization" is also the Chinese academic circles in recent years to reflect on the relationship between state and society, civil society paradigm theoretical results.As a member of the department of the government, the student pay close attention to the development issue about social transformation and social organizations, and thus more interested in something new about youth self-organizing in recent years, I decided to study youth self-organization of Jilin Province.Social change in Chinese society from traditional to modern, from a closed to an open, rationalization, reasonable and scientific forms of social organization and institution building as the key link of China’s modernization drive. In many social groups and organizations, young people are the most active of all social subsystems, the most active groups and Pioneer. Therefore, the orderly development of youth self-organization, to enhance the community as a whole is coherent sense of participation and self-organizing capacity, are of positive significance for the orderly and reasonable development of the whole society and even the gradual penetration of democratic political culture.Through a large number of empirical studies, the student expand the analysis deeply on self-organizing social theory on youth self-organization, to explore the effective management of the Youth Self-organization in order to guide young people in a positive and healthy development of self-organization, to play an important role in building a harmonious society.The last the student summary the six aspects measures to guide of the development of the youth self-organization of Jilin Province, so that youth self-organization of Jilin Province to better conform to the construction and development of harmonious society, these six areas are:(1) Promote the healthy functioning of the organizational system mechanisms.(2) Formulate scientific talent strategy policy mechanisms.(3) Strengthen allocation mechanism of the educational resources.(4) Improve social mobility mechanisms.(5) Establish a Capacity-Based-Priority incentives mechanisms.(6) Create harmony, equality, tolerance, social integration mechanisms.
