Youth Development Of Self-organization Study

Youth Self-organization becomes a topic in China today because of China's social and economic development. Youth Self-organization play a more and more important role in social activity. Youth Self-organization has a great number of mount and kinds,it's activity attracts some Youth's attention, and has effects to youth, but it's organization is loose. It is necessary to guide Youth Self-organization for building harmony society.In this study, a questionnaire survey, case studies, literature collection methods to make the youth development of self-organization, role, characteristics and problems of research, and proposed to strengthen youth self-organization of the countermeasures and suggestions. Study found that youth participation in social organization in the enthusiasm of amateur groups in the area had been fully revealed; youth mainly for the exchange of learning and exercise their capabilities, make good friends, their aim to join the organization.This practice, based in the investigation and reached the following summarized responses:recognition and recommend good through organizations such means as better talent pool of young self-organization; key leaders through training, support for all kinds of ways to better the development of youth self-organization; to correctly handle the Youth Self-organization relationship with the Communist Youth League, to promote the coordinated development between the two; To strengthen the work of youth self-organization theory, and which is used to guide practice.
