Military Area Command Of The Floating Population Family Planning Management Research In The Camps In Guangdong Province

Family planning is one of our basic state policies. With the deepening of civilian and military fusion at present, the number pf floating population tends to keep increasing. Hence, the family planning management of this group has become a weak link in military camps. It is politically and socially significant to well-manage the family planning of the floating population in military camps, spare no efforts to solve the problems in their work, living and birth, and safeguard their lawful rights and interests, in the aspects of promoting national defense and military modernization construction in the light of the scientific development outlook, boosting the central-military and civilian-military unity, building a harmonious socialist society, consolidating and enhancing the cohesion and combat power of military troops.Based on the methods of theoretical and empirical researches, this paper explores the management of family planning about migrating workers in military camps in the current situation. Starting from relevant theories, the thesis firstly analyzes the demands and the features of the floating population family planning management in military camps. Next, taking Guangdong Military command as a case study, we explore its status quo of birth control, challenges and roots. Finally, it proposes the following counter measures:transform the ideology while valuing people foremost, enhance civil-military cooperation by updating the coordination, emphasize the effectiveness by perfecting systems, and improve service by innovating management approaches.
