In the promotion of quality education and deepen the curriculumreform today, more and more teachers become realized that goodrelationship between teachers and students is the prerequisite for thesuccess of educational activities. However, from a practical point ofview, through the survey to two junior middle schools, the authorfound that, although the quality of junior middle school teacher-studentrelationship status is better than the weak junior middle school, but thetwo school teachers ideas and practical education acts are amongthe gap, the main position of students has not been confirmed, the lackof effective communication still exists between teachers and students.From the view of the development of education theory, bringingdialogue into education and changing the roles of teachers andstudents, establishing equal relationship between teachers andstudents, strengthening students subject consciousness, cultivatingability in the dialogue, generating sentiment, eventually completing theself education, is the essence of education further understanding, alsothe way to strengthen the student main body consciousness effectively.Based on the reality of the relationship between teachers and studentsand education of dialogue education theory, this research is trying toput forward the idea of main body education based on the dialogue,and take the practice in the weak junior middle school based on thedialogue of subjectivity education, to show whether this kind ofresearch of education can renewal the teachers concept of education,transformation behavior, strengthen students consciousness of mainbody, thereby improving the relationship between teachers andstudents.This study systematically reviewed the teacher-studentrelationship of dialogue education, subject education and dialogueeducational relevant literature, based on the research of the relationship between teachers and students, proposed subjectivityeducation idea based on the dialogue, constructing the theory fromthe realistic basis and operation path, which is the guidance of furtherputting forward the" spiritual dialogue" that based on the dialogue thesubjectivity education operation paradigm, and practice in the weakjunior high school system, forcing teachers to turn concept into specificeducation, so that teachers are no longer the inculcation of knowledge,but students cooperative learning guidance; is no longer adisciplinarian, but the students’ guide, sincerely good friend.The resultsof the study show that, the subjectivity education in the weak juniormiddle school based on the dialogue improve the relationship betweenteachers and students, the post-test after practice found that teachersteaching behaviors have changed, the relationship between teachersand students harmonious degrees also have greatly enhanced,students also love and is willing to accept such education form. At thesame time, this study also summarizes from the practice that propose ofimproving the relationship between teachers and students through theeducation, and to provide a way to optimize the relationship betweenteachers and students.
