Our society has entered the information period now,people's interactions have become increasingly close,and the talent training model has also changed from traditional to modern.The relationship between teachers and students has become an increasingly hot topic in the educational filed,while people begun to pay more attention to the spirit of dialogue between teacher-pupil and strongly advocated it.However,the lack of balance dialogue,formalization of Classroom Interaction,teachers' occupation of students' right to speak contradicts the spirit of dialogue are still existed in elementary school classes.The low awareness of teachers dialogue and the low questioning spirit of students are all risk factors to influence building the relationship between teacher and student,while these factors also hinder the the formation of harmonious classroom.These realted-consequences have negative effect on the professional development of teachers and the growth of pupils.Therefore,the issue about the unbalance of dialogue between teacher and students needed to pay more attention and ended up.A comprehensive field survey reaserch system consist of Literature review,survey and class observation to develop this study in 3 primary schools,which located in S city and K town.The questionnaire is designed from five dimensions: teacher-student relationship,teacher-student interaction,classroom questioning,self-awareness and non-verbal communication.And the target population will be interviewed and questioned according to the designed interview outline,and then the first-line data will be collected and analyzed.The findings from this study showed that the issues about the unbalance of dialogue between teachers and students can be divided into six categories: the bias of teacher-student dialogue in understanding each other in the classes,the low dialogue's consciousness between teachers and students,the lack of equality between teachers and students,the failure of interaction between teachers and students,teaching content has less dialogue meanings,the lack of dialogue evaluation methods between teachers and students.The related-consequens involve: the diagloue between teacher and student lacks the educational meaning,the low diagloue skills of teachers,the limitation of diagloue content,the lack of teaching method,the constraints of objective environment and the evaluation of teaching evaluation system.This study provide effective multidimensional strategies to solve the risk factors and results of unbalance of dialogue between teachers and students,which include integrating dialogue into curriculum,cultivating teachers' dialogue skills and abilities,enriching the ways and methods of dialogue between teachers and students,and constructing dialogue evaluation system.At the same time,this study hope that it can provide some concrete and operable ways to promote the active and harmonious classroom in primary schools and build a better teacher-student relationship.
