Inequities Of The Student Management In Colleges And Universities To The Influence Of College Students And Countermeasures Research

The equality of students administration is an important part of educational equality, not only affects the building of a harmonious campus, but also have a significant impact on social equity and justice and harmonious society construction. But there are some unfairness in the current college students administration, expressing in many aspects, causing the students ’complaints and dissatisfaction, and produced some adverse effects on the students’ ideological, psychological and behavior. Therefore, the equality of students administration must draw the attention of the universities.The pursuit of equity of the whole society is a major theme of today’s human society that need to be resolved, and the pursuit of fairness in education is the fundamental trend of today’s educational development, and the pursuit of the fair in the students administration is that we have been aware of the problem which easy to overlook. But now, this problem has become the urgent problem that we have to solve.If there is no equity in student administration, we would not have educational equality and there will not have a fair society.
