Layering teaching is an educational idea in order to implement the individualized quality education by paying attention to the difference among students, and develop every layering single student; it is also an effective way for implementing quality education, and adapt to the model of Chinese present talents planting; at last, it is a kind of teaching optimization and innovation for traditional Class Teaching System. The value of layering teaching is it overcomes the obstacle of emphasizing consistent request, ignoring students’objective difference, under the mode of traditional class teaching system.The study propos an implementation mode for layering teaching, based on the idea of "Branch of layered not divide into classes ", which stands on the analysis, dialectic and research on the historical, home and abroad known materials about layering teaching mode. The layering is to classify students in a class to A, B, C, three levels, based on their known academic performances in one subject, and thinking of students" learning abilities, interests, hobbies, attitudes, etc non-intelligence factors, all work is in order to set a kind of layering reticular formation which contains different subjects, different levels, and also classified and hierarchical students.This kind of layering mode can not only avoid the negative effect on students which comes form "label effect" attached to the common layering, but also help to cooperative learning and supervised learning between all kinds of students in a class, and help to planting the mutual-aid and cooperative qualities of students. The requests for the implementing of this kind of layering mode is:the first, under the guidance of teaching thought which called "concern bottom layer students, up to release talents", all teachers should refer different teachings to different layering students; the second, the teaching contents should be classified to three levels, super syllabus, equal syllabus and lower syllabus, distinctively be referred to the different level students; the third, in teaching method, every student should be guided by individual way, as inquiring, exploring, experiencing, feeling and individual guidance; the forth, in learning evaluation, we should pay more attention to students" learning process, and comprehensively, developmentally evaluate every layering student, to set a layering evaluation system.
