It's known to all that there are physiological and mental differences among different students, as well as in their interest and hobbies of subject, in the ability to accept knowledge, and their ways of thinking, what's more, there are individual differences in learning activities among students.Facing "all are the same" traditional teaching method, people have a variety of questions, such questions make education system and teaching organization reform constantly, but layering teaching are founded under the environment of education."all are the same" teaching method hasn't adapted review and mental development of students, and inhibiting training of consciousness and increasing of capabilities. To change this situation, the author proposed the layering teaching, This is an effective organizational form of teaching, that it will change the review ways and train innovative sense of students. This teaching method requires teachers pay attention to individual differences of students, and make each student developed fully.This essay firstly gives an analysis of the necessity of layering teaching in the background of new curriculum, a brief summary and evaluation of the present study of layering teaching from home and abroad. And then the author describe construction of the layering review from three levels: the formation, content and composition of the layering reviewing method, and analysis the layering review,Finally, with teaching practice, the author will make lesson of reviewing stratified into five stages:knowledge restructuring, layering of review target, hidden layering of students, layering of review teaching and evaluation methods, and through comparison of performance and the effectiveness of stratified analysis, the analysis shows: 1. Strengthen the dominant position of students, effectively stimulate the students interest in learning.2. Strengthen the leading role of teachers, improve the education quality.3. Rational implementation of teaching strategies and effective optimization of the educational process of teaching.4.
