Layered homework is an effective breakthrough to solve the current heavy workload of primary and secondary school students and to meet the personalized development of students.At the same time,with the rapid development of educational network platform,the functions of data are an effective solution to solve the difficulty of implementing hierarchical homework and poor execution.However,in the actual teaching,how to practice stratified homework and achieve the goal of "reducing burden and increasing efficiency" has become the main problem that needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper proposes a rolling layered job design scheme under the network platform.Therefore,this paper starts from solving the burden of students,increasing the learning efficiency of students with different academic qualifications,and meeting the needs of students'individualized development.It proposes the use of layered operation to solve the problem of traditional one-size-fits-all assignments.However,the existing layered assignments label students.To solve the problem of student level positioning,this paper designs a rolling layering operation based on the research results of layered operations to dilute the students' hierarchical positioning.The practice of layered operations with the help of the network platform has undoubtedly provided a powerful platform support for the stratification operations.On the one hand,the implementation of tiered work under the network platform can facilitate students to choose different levels of homework independently.On the other hand,the self-approval,data collection and sorting functions of the network platform can reduce the burden of teachers to implement layered operations and ensure the practice of layered operations.Smooth and effective development.Therefore,the rolling layering operation are proposed under the network platform.This study,through combing the relevant literatures on stratification operations,dynamic stratification design applications and stratification operations under the network platform found that researchers put forward the concept of " dynamic layered operation design " in the stratification operation research,however,the dynamics The stratification operation is more to give guidance at the theoretical level and does not provide a practical implementation plan.This study used literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview method and quasi-experimental research method.Through reviewing the literature,we sort out other scholars' research ideas and practical exploration experiences on stratified operations,and sort out the theoretical basis of this research as the theory of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,the theory of recent development zones,intelligences,and learning feedback.,understanding problem of primary and secondary school operations through interviews.According to the theoretical knowledge of the layered operation and the actual teaching situation,a rolling layering operation scheme was designed.The rolling layered homework design scheme only stratifies the work without layering the students.The students independently select the corresponding level of work according to their own knowledge level and the work requirements that can be achieved.Homework,package work and self-selected homework,students adjust the level of work in a timely manner according to the development of their own knowledge level,and the level of students' choice of work.In this study,a fourth-grade student of an experimental school in Suzhou was selected as a research object.A semester teaching practice was carried out Before the implementation,the questionnaire was surveyed through the Student Learning Attitude Scale and the pre-test survey of academic scores.In the implementation process,data collection and organization are carried out in three stages.At each stage,the student's work status recorded in the network platform and interviews with students are used to dynamically adjust the student's hierarchical changes.Finally,through the quasi-experimental research method,the effectiveness of the program is verified from the perspectives of student's academic performance and pre-test data analysis,as well as the student's case effect analysis.The results of the experiment are processed by SPSS software.The results show that:(1)The implementation of the rolling stratification design scheme under the network platform can improve the students' academic performance,especially for the middle-level and low-level students.(2)The hierarchical operation design under the network platform can improve the students' learning attitude,and the students'influence on the emotional and behavioral aspects of homework is more significant.Therefore,the stratified operation design scheme based on the network platform is of great significance for solving the problems existing in the design of primary and secondary school operations,and also achieves the purpose of " reducing the burden and increasing efficiency" advocated by the primary and secondary schools.
