As the important mean to promote teachers’professional development, knowledge sharing could help promote the diffusion, sharing, innovation and increment of knowledge. At the same time, teacher’s knowledge sharing contributes to the teacher community’s and teachers’professional growth, playing an important role to the improvement of teaching quality. The knowledge sharing is increasingly becoming a strong propeller of strengthening the competition and promoting the continuous development of schools.This study adopts the methods of document analysis, questionnaire survey to collect the empirical data. The aim is to understand the present situation of knowledge sharing and its influencing factors among teachers who work in the primary schools. And then, combing with the investigation results and existing literature, the corresponding countermeasures to promote the knowledge sharing at two levels are brought forward.Based on the analyses in existing documents and definition of the related concepts, by employing the questionnaire, the study has investigated and analyzed the present situation of knowledge sharing and its influencing factors among primary teachers. The conclusions of this study are drawn as follows:1.The current situation of teachers’knowledge sharing is good in total. Although the school has made attempts to promote the knowledge sharing, these is really much room for improvement.2.The knowledge sharing of teachers is still limited to traditional ways.3.The teachers who belong to different teaching age groups show significant differences in cognition and practical behaviors, The teachers who belong to different age groups show significant differences in willing and practical behaviors.4.Personal factors and school factors have consequences for knowledge sharing among teachers.Based on the conclusion above, several pieces of suggestion are raised:In the teachers’level---renewing knowledge concept, strengthening dialogue and communication, learning information technology;At the level of school---streamlining the organizational structure, building up culture atmosphere, perfecting the technical support system, establishing incentive mechanism.
