With the arrival of knowledge–economy era, the education development and reform has become an important strategy to do with the keen international competition. With the rapid development of information and net, the network has become the sea of information and warehouse which store huge study recourses. The network brings us a series of problems as a result of its scatter recourses when it brings us great facilitates.Knowledge Management is a vital weapon for the organization and individual to promote their quality and rival ability in knowledge society, thus they can cope with the challenge from the knowledge economy successfully through the weapon. Its essence lies in the enhancement organization interior personnel's quality, and make full use of knowledge, in order to promote the efficiency of the organization .The education is the knowledge-intensive domain, with the development of the educational reform,the society also sets a higher request to teacher's quality and。The teachers cannot be eliminated by the society only when they learn more knowledge and are encouraged,and assimilate new knowledge,keep in step with the times,improve professional knowledge accomplishment through knowledge management. In the same way, the application and research of the KM on teachers will be of great importance and meaning no matter for the development of the teachers' professional quality, or for the promotion of the school's efficiency and rival ability. But what makes us worried is that most schools and teachers are ignorant of the theory of KM and KM on teachers, and a great deal of problems have arise when KM was in service, and some teachers suspected KM. How to correctly learn and make use of KM to improve ours teaching, and serve education better constitute the problem I want to tackle.
