Soltis ever said that the way we think of knowledge will deeply affect ours opinion of education. There's deepen relationship between knowledge and education, education is an important way of the knowledge dissemination, screening, distribution, accumulation and development, in return, knowledge is the important content and carriers of education. A man who doesn't acquaint with the condition of knowledge in an era can't understand its education activities sufficiently. It's essential to analyze the knowledge problems of an era when faced with the education problems of that era. Teachers are veritable "knowledge workers", while the teacher's practical knowledge plays a crucial role in the actual work of teachers. In contemporary society, Knowledge-sharing has become a very important social behavior, and it is the basis of the knowledge society's existence and development. In recent years, with school management paying progressive attention to the topics of knowledge management, the importance of sharing teachers'practical knowledge also gets people's attention. Sharing practical knowledge of teachers is not only the key to open the door of teacher education research, but also a major breakthrough to promote education reform and development in the era. Based on the philosophy of above all, in this study, treat the sharing of practical knowledge among primary and secondary school teachers as the research starting point, selected primary and secondary teachers as the research objects, through literature and survey research make a thorough research on the sharing of teachers'practical knowledge.The purpose of this study was to explore the teachers'practical knowledge-sharing mechanisms, thereby enhance the teacher's practical rationality, promote the smooth development of educational and teaching activities, and promote the professional development of teachers and the sustained development of schools effectively. First, with the existing research documentation, explain"the sharing of teachers'practical knowledge", that is to say analyze"teachers'practical knowledge"and"the sharing of teachers'practical knowledge"respectively. Secondly, investigated and analyzed the status of 200 primary and secondary teachers'practical knowledge-sharing in some areas of Henan Province by questionnaire and interview survey, found the problems of the status and analyzed the issues for digging out the causes of the problems. Then, based on constructivist learning theory, knowledge management theory and organizational learning theory, according to the problems and attribution analysis, to build teacher practical knowledge sharing mechanisms from three dimensions of the shared culture, shared systems and sharing technology ;Finally, the conclusion of this study, reflected the problems and lack of this research and made prospect for further research.
