Development Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Public Taekwondo In Yanbian Area

This study investigates the situation of the public taekwondo in Yanbian area of Jilin. In order to make the public taekwondo more humanized, healthier and more scientific, this paper put forward some development countermeasures. These countermeasures aim to provide some suggestions about how to make policies for district taekwondo project management center, to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the taekwondo operation and management, and to promote the popularization and sustainable development of the public taekwondo.Through the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis etc., this study investigates and analyzes the situation of public taekwondo in Yanbian area of Jilin, and draws the following conclusions:1、The number of gyms related to taekwondo is large, but the scale is small, the distribution is uneven and the facility is not sound.2、The managers are not professional, lack of theoretical guidance, operation experience.3、No reasonable fee standards, lack of the supervision of the relevant departments, and lack of the systematization of management.4、Professional coaches are deficient. Their Dan grading is low, the teaching experience is insufficient. The paper suggests grasping the synchronous development body and mind students.5、Coaches’ education, training, foreign exchange is less.6、The overall quality of coaches is low, and the scientific training level is not high.7、The target people of practicing taekwondo in Yanbian area are mainly teenagers, who aims to get fit and to defense. The level of most consumption is medium and low.8、The matches both in the mainland and outside are not much.Based on the overall analysis, the paper puts forward some development countermeasures:1、The functions of the government departments should strengthen macro-control ability and market supervision to avoid vicious competition.2、Take the necessary steps to ensure that the coaches should certificates, others can’t3、Expand Yanbian area taekwondo market cohesion; Change the situation of Heavy Athlectics and light mass games.4、The taekwondo gym should make full use of modern science and technology method for the brand publicity.
