| Since its establishment in 2007,Yanbian University’s Taekwondo team has participated in national college students’ taekwondo competitions on behalf of Yanbian University for many times and achieved excellent results.Excellent Taekwondo athletes were selected from the team.They once participated in the World Taekwondo competition on behalf of the country and won the first place,breaking the situation of "zero gold medal" in China.It’s not a day’s work to achieve such results.The Taekwondo team of Yanbian University is constantly exploring in practice,and the training mode of its excellent athletes is worthy of attention.Through the methods of literature review,interview,on-the-spot investigation and case analysis,this paper analyzes and summarizes the talent selection,competition management,training,learning and training contradiction coordination and Taekwondo team management of Yanbian University’s Taekwondo team,The excellent coaches of Yanbian University Taekwondo team keep communication with Korean schools,acquire advanced teaching methods and perceive the dynamic changes of the project;Second,Yanbian University Taekwondo team has a wealth of hardware facilities to ensure the all-round development of athletes;Third,Yanbian University’s Taekwondo team has made outstanding achievements in Taekwondo events at home and abroad,which has a great influence in the Taekwondo field in China;Fourth,in the selection stage,the team of Taekwondo coaches in Yanbian University has expanded the scope of selection and conducted diversified selection,which alleviates the difficulty of selecting special athletes in Colleges and universities;Fifthly,the learning and training arrangement of Yanbian University Taekwondo team is jointly managed and supervised by the Institute of physical education,the coach team and other functional departments to effectively solve the contradiction between learning and training;Sixth,the supervision and leadership of Yanbian University to Yanbian University Taekwondo team,lay a good employment foundation for the team members,and enhance the core competitiveness.In view of the deficiencies in the talent training mode of Yanbian University Taekwondo team,this paper gives the following suggestions: first,Yanbian University should optimize the allocation of resources for high-level sports teams,and realize hierarchical support for various sports events;Second,Yanbian University Taekwondo team should broaden publicity channels and increase publicity efforts;Third,Yanbian University Taekwondo team should continue to increase exchanges with Korean schools and Taekwondo Association.The talent training mode of Yanbian University’s Taekwondo team provides a certain reference value for colleges and universities to cultivate all-round development of high-level student athletes,and provides a reference for other sports teams to cultivate more educated and level sports talents. |
