| The purpose of this research is to explore the content and preliminary socialization of teachers’emotional display rules, and to understand the factors affecting teachers’ emotional display rules. This study uses many kinds of methods.of for example,teachers in-depth interviews, observation and questionnaire survey.The qualitative study of teachers’emotional display rules outlines seven rules. Teacher express positive emotions to students often using three ways, including praise, facial expressions and body movements, in-kind rewards. When teachers interact with students,they often have a negative emotional, and they should be indirect. Teachers usually used facial expressions and body movements, reasoning, humor, psychological implications to express and to control their negative emotions. For different students, there are different in teacher’s emotional expression, but the difference varies from person to person.To summerise,it is mainly reflected in the aspects of gender, grade and family background. when dealing with colleagues, the emotional tone is harmony and mutual assistance.When face to the leaders teacher,the emotional tone is respect. when dealing with student’s parents, teacher can express positive emotions directly,and conceal negative emotions. As for teachers’emotional disturbance, disorders,there are three main ways for teachers to vent.We find some results by the initial socialization of teachers’emotional display rules.During practice stages new teachers learn emotional display rules for students through formal ways of mentoring and siting, group discussions and self-reflection. The emotional display rules of dealing with leadership and colleagues, the concept of "respect the leaders" is a reflection of the Chinese traditional concepts.That is to say, the notion of "respect the leadership",of new teachers have been socialized completed before go into school.For getting along with colleagues, teachers learn the emotional displays through experience of observation and actual contactinon on the basic tone of harmony.For there are too few opportunities for the intern teachers to contact with parents,they learn the emotional display rules by indirect ways. Such as the teacher’s oral histories, home-school-based exchanges.The results of research the influence factors of teachers’emotional display rules,we reach conclusions.1.Emotional display rule perceptions and emotional labor has a significant positive correlation; positive emotions rule perceptions and surface behavior, deep behavion have a significant positive correlation; negative emotions rule perceptions and surface behavior, deep behavior has a significant positive correlation.2.The perception of positive display rules and emotional exhaustion was significantly negatively correlated; perception of negative emotions rule and emotional exhaustion has a significant positive correlation; perception of positive emotions rule and surface behavior has a significant positive correlation. Emotional labor and emotional exhaustion has a significant positive correlation.3.The perception of positive emotions rule and emotional exhaustion was significantly negatively correlated; deep perception play intermediary role between the perception of positive emotions rule and emotional exhaustion Perception of negative emotions rule and emotional exhaustion was significantly positively correlated; deep perception play intermediary role between the perception of negative emotions rule and emotional exhaustion4.The perception of emotional display rules and rules of commitment has a significant positive correlation; the perception of positive emotional display rules and rules of commitment has a significant positive correlation The perception of negative emotional display rules and rules of commitment has a significant negatively correlation5.The perception of emotional display rules and job involvement was significantly positively correlated. |
