Building a high quality English teachers’ team of rural primary school, is one of the most important tasks for the basic education reform of China. Knowledge is one of the most important ingredients of teachers’professional qualities. The key measures to the constructions of rural English teachers, is developing English teachers’knowledge of primary school. This article aims at understanding more about the situation of Miss Hu’s knowledge who is from rural primary school, analyzing the existing problems, proposing some measures and suggestions for the development of Miss Hu’s knowledge, providing Empirical basis for promoting the constructions of rural teachers’team. The basic research frame and contents of this article as follows.The first part is Introduction, it expounds four contents in brief, for example the introduction of problems, the purpose and meaning of the study, the definition of core concept, and literature review.The second part expounds the process of Case Study. Firstly, I choose a cooperative partner, Miss Hu. Secondly, I go deep into the research field, adopt many ways to collect case materials, for example, Classroom Observation, Interview, Collecting materials and so on. Thirdly, I clear up and analyze the case materials. Lastly, form conclusions. In the end, I introduce the ethical treatment of this study.The third part, at first, I narrate the experience of Miss Hu, then I expound the current knowledge situation of Miss Hu about subject knowledge, educational theory knowledge, culture knowledge, curriculum knowledge and practical knowledge.The fourth part, I analyze existing problems about Miss Hu’s Knowledge, mainly displays in the following six aspects:Miss Hu has some shortage about language elementary knowledge and language skills, and she doesn’t form right language view; Miss Hu pays little attention to the learning of theory knowledge; she knows a little about education scientific research, has not strong initiative study consciousness, and has difficulties in scientific research; Miss Hu has not understood curriculum knowledge deeply; Miss Hu’s professional identity is low, the power of self development is not enough; and she has some difficulties in class decision and class control. And then I analyze the causes of these problems according to Miss Hu’s experience.The fifth part, I propose some measures and suggestions for the development of Miss Hu’s knowledge at the basis of previous research and the suggestions from Miss Hu. The measures and suggestions as follows:improve language knowledge and skills, form right language views; pay more attention to the learning of theory knowledge, use theory knowledge to direct teaching practice; understand educational scientific research correctly, improve the level of scientific research; understand curriculum knowledge deeply to direct teaching practice; build solid professional identities; improve the abilities of class management.At last, I propose some inspirations to English teachers of rural primary school, workers for teacher education and school managers.
