In recent years, the construction of teachers for rural elementary schools in ethnic areas has greatly improved, but there is still a shortage of teachers in the relatively remote Shancun Elementary School.Judging from field surveys in the Yao community, rural primary school teachers, especially in remote mountainous regions, have a shortage of teachers, resulting in a relative lack of teaching quality, which has made it difficult to improve the quality of rural primary education, and education fairness cannot be realized.Through case studies,it is found that rural education-related policies have deviated during the implementation process, and that rural teachers are relatively poor from economic capital to cultural capital and face the dual difficulties of returning to self and becoming modern. Therefore,to improve or solve the shortage of rural primary school teachers in Yao ethnic communities,we should adopt a philosophical ethics based on humanism. We should adopt rural pupils as teachers of primary school teachers based on the historical, situational and value perspectives of individual primary school teachers.Dignity, encouragement and directional training of local coaching teachers and the realization of teachers' mental autonomy and other measures.
